therefore, if the print is too cyan, view it with the red filter

You will get best results from EP 2 chemistry that is stored
between 60 and 80 degrees F (page 14, para 10).
Cyan stained print
When monitoring control of EP 2, "stain" plots will go up when
developer has been contaminated by blix. This is seen as a cyan
splotch of the print (page 13, para 9d(1)).
