c. Low contrast film shows mostly middle gray and lacks black and white. Use this film to
reduce differences in high contrast scenes, such as a dark subject against a very bright background.
d. When copying documents such as typewritten pages where only black and white appear (line
copy), use a high contrast ortho film.
