The differences between the two strips are plotted on
the control chart. If these differences are within acceptable tolerances,
the process is in control.
If not, through proper analysis you should be
able to determine the reason why.
Film and chemical manufacturers supply
this information for this purpose. The exact procedures are not within the
scope of this course.
