(a) The patient.
(b) The patient's table.
(c) The anesthesiologist and his equipment.
(d) Those who are not required to scrub.
(e) You, the photographer, and your equipment.
d. Precautions to Follow. You must take precautions at all times not
to touch, even accidentally, anyone or anything that is classified as
STERILE.
If you do, then that person or object is reclassified as
CONSIDERED UNCLEAN, and the procedure has to stop until the sterile fields
are reestablished.
Remember, you are there at the surgeon's request, so
follow his direction on what is to be photographed.
