e. Processing rack assembly. Clean the processing rack assembly by
thoroughly rinsing it in cool water for 5 minutes. Place the processing
rack assembly on its frame flanges on a flat surface; allow to drain dry.
f. Base assembly. Clean only the exterior surfaces of the base
assembly (figure 32) with a lintfree cloth moistened with trichloroethane.
g. Drain bottles and valve assemblies. Rinse the drain bottles and
caps (figure 37) and valve assemblies (figure 35) thoroughly in cool water
for 5 minutes; allow them to drain dry.
CAUTION:
Check to see that labels have not been removed from drain
bottles during cleaning.

a. Paragraph 317 specifies checks and services that must be
accomplished daily and under the special conditions listed below:
(1) when the print processor is initially installed.
(2) when the print processor is reinstalled after removal for any
reason.
(3) at least once each week if the print processor is not used daily,
but is maintained in standby condition (i.e., ready for immediate use).
b. Paragraph 318 specifies additional checks and services that must be
performed once each week.
