tell the whole story. Let's see what's required on the first part of the form.

DA Form 3315 (Photographer's Caption)
a. Date and time.
This is the date and time the picture was taken.
b. Photographer's full name and rank.
c. Photo (Visual Information) unit.
Write your unit designation.
d. Purpose for coverage.
For example, it could be one of the following:
(1) Training exercise
(2) Tactical deployment
(3) Awards ceremony
(4) Weapons demonstration
