INTRODUCTION TO BASIC CIRCUITS
OF TELEVISION STUDIO EQUIPMENT
(Cameras and Audio)
The density and complexity of today's military television activities require a
technician capable of performing his job using his knowledge, experience, and
proper techniques in the successful completion of the mission. The purpose of this
subcourse is to provide the soldier with an overall view of two of the critical
areas he will work in using television studio equipment: television cameras, and
audio equipment (microphones and related circuitry). It is also meant to assist
MOS 41E personnel to merge into MOS 26T30, as prescribed by AR 611201, and provide
entry level training information for any soldier desiring to crosstrain into MOS
26T.
