e. Nose room. Whenever subjects look offscreen, frame them with more room
in the direction of the look. In the first frame (fig 3-13a) the subject looks
as though she is being pushed by the right side of the TV frame. In the second
shot (fig 3-13b) the additional room produces a more effective composition.
