4. This site is a poor selection from every consideration. Tactically it has
no cover or concealment and since it is a depression much of the RF energy
would be absorbed greatly limiting the range.
Technically the only way to
transmit would be vertically again making it a poor selection. Logistically it
would be nearly impossible to support and in a heavy rain, it may turn into a
lake forcing the hasty evacuation of both personnel and equipment.
