330 Operator's Maintenance
The photographic laboratory technician, the operator of the drier, is
responsible for daily, weekly, and 200hour preventive maintenance routines.
Corrective maintenance at this level requires replacement of air filter
only. Necessary repairs or replacement, noted during inspection and
requiring correction by a higher echelon, will be indicated by the operator
on the DA Form 2404.
331 Tools and Materials Required
The tools and materials required by the operator for maintaining the
drier are listed below.
Clean the cabinet.
Cleaning brush, 1inch dia
Remove dust from corners and from motor

Remove stubborn dirt and grime.

Tighten cabinet hardware
and motor and fan mounting.
Remove dust from drier.
Wash the cabinet.
Oil, Engine, Heavy Duty
Lubricate the motor.
