c. Mobile Subscribers.
Mobile subscribers use MSRTs to access
the MSE network via an RAU. You may call any other subscriber in the
network without knowing the other's location; you need only know the
other's telephone number.
Mobile subscribers maintain communications as long as they remain
within radio coverage of one of the network RAUs.
The MSRT
automatically searches for the nearest RAU signal.
