If the entire op check checks good, follow the directions below.
DIRECTIONS
Turn the AM-1780 MAIN PWR switch, set the vehicle MASTER power SWITCH and MX-7777 circuit
breaker switches to their OFF positions.

COMPLETION OF DA FORM 2404.
a. A DA Form 2404 is completed each time an operational check is done on a communication
system. If a system checks good, the completed DA Form 2404 would look like Figure 27.

b. However, if a fault is found when checking the system, it would be recorded as shown on
Figure 28. If a fault is found, repairs or a request for repairs would be initiated to put the system back
into operation.
