constructed has the following:

Ten mast sections including one in
the launcher.
2.
Blue-coded guy wires connected
to the top guy attachment ring.
3.
White-coded guy wires connected
to a guy attachment ring placed between
the fifth and sixth mast sections.
4.
Red-coded guy wires connected to
the launcher.
5.
Snubbers on red-coded guy wires
placed close to launcher with small end
of snubber pointing toward the
launcher.
6.
Snubbers on white-coded and
blue-coded guy wires connected close
to guy stake with small end of snubber
pointing toward the guy stake.
