a. The signal corps brigade uses its command/operations FM net to maintain command and
control of operations by linking the key leaders, including the commander, the S3, plans, and logistics.
The corps signal officer is in on the planning at corps headquarters and serves as the signal brigade
commander's liaison. Figure 1-3 depicts this net.

b. The corps signal brigade operations HF net is used to direct operations among the divisions
within the corps. HF radio provides the range needed to reach these widely dispersed divisions. This
net is depicted in Figure 1-4.
