INTRODUCTION
EW is used to exploit, disrupt, and deceive enemy command, control,
(C3),
and

protecting
friendly
use
of
communications and non-communications systems.
It is a significant
force multiplier when integrated and used with fire and maneuver. It
Offensive C3CM is the integrated use of jamming, physical destruction,
and military deception to disrupt enemy C3.
Defensive C3CM includes
information of intelligence value.
