(4) Interbay Trunk and Miscellaneous Patching Modules. The DC circuit
patch bay contains interbay trunk and miscellaneous patching modules, just
as the DC primary patch bay does. The modules are identical in concept and
differing only to the extent that they terminate only low-level circuits
instead of a mix of high and low level circuits.
