OVERVIEW
LESSON DESCRIPTION:
In this lesson, you will learn to perform unit level maintenance on a tactical telephone and the
multiplexer-combiner TD-1234/TT.
TERMINAL LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
ACTION:
The student will perform unit level maintenance on tactical telephone TA-838( )/TT.
CONDITION:
If you do not have access to the equipment, you only need this subcourse. If
available, you will need telephone set TA-838( )/TT (two each), batteries BA-42
(eight each), TE-33, WF-16/U, soft lint-free cloth, dust brush, pencil, DA Form 2404,
DA Pam 738-750, and a training area.
STANDARD:
Upon completion of this subcourse, you will know how to perform unit level
maintenance on a TA-838( )/TT and complete DA Form 2404.
ACTION:
The student will perform unit level maintenance on a multiplexer-combiner TD-
1234/TT and complete a DA Form 2404.
CONDITION:
If you do not have access to the equipment, you only need this subcourse. If
available, you will need DA Form 2404, TD-1234/TT, DA Pam 738-750, soft lint-
free cloth, dust brush, pencil, and a training area.
STANDARD:
Upon completion of this subcourse, you will know how to perform maintenance on
the multiplexer TD-1233/TT and the multiplexer-combiner TD-1234/TT.
