CAUTION: Make sure the KYK-13 is turned off before disconnecting the fill cable.
g. Turn the KYK-13 off and disconnect the fill cable from the KY-57.
NOTE: The KY-57 is now prepared for connection to a designated radio set. Secure
operation is possible. We will continue with the use of VINSON after we have discussed
SINCGARS radio sets.
