Full time guards are stationed within sight of the facility if there is no
supplemental protection or if there is a possibility of unauthorized removal
of the vehicle.
Guards are stationed at all entrances to a fenced and
restricted area (such as a motor pool or your communications center) where
access is limited to properly cleared and authorized individuals.

Access is the ability and opportunity to obtain knowledge of classified
information. Persons have access if they are permitted to gain knowledge of

visitors.
A locally devised sign should be prominently displayed next to
the visitor's register containing the following privacy act statement:

SSN is used only
for
identification. Access to crypto facility is denied without SSN."
All classified equipment is screened from view with the exception of closed
cryptoequipment. Visitors are kept under constant surveillance and are not
permitted access to classified information.
Individuals not on an
authorized entrance list or clearance roster are authorized entrance by the
commander or his authorized representative only.
Local SOP dictates
specific procedures for allowing individuals access to a restricted area.
