IDENTIFY THE REPORTS TO BE SUBMITTED AND THEIR PROPER USE.

As a supervisor, you are required to report on the status of
maintenance, equipment, and personnel.
Reports may be required daily for
accountability of personnel or of items such as weapons.
Reports on
equipment status and on downtime may also be required. DA Forms 2404 and
2407 provide input for equipment status reports.

When jamming or intrusion is suspected, the operator submits a MIJI 1
report to the net control station. The MIJI 1 report is submitted by the
most expeditious and secure means. The purpose of the MIJI 1 report is to
inform the commander of the incident in a timely manner. The MIJI 1 report
has been developed for use within the US Army. It consists of a simple six
line format. Instructions for completion of the MIJI 1 report are included
in the unit SOI.
