a. System Control Center. The SCC is the operational controlling
center of the MSE network when the network deploys. The SCC control
group consists of three separate units. Figure 1-38 demonstrates the
three units and their relationship to each other.
(1) The OL-414/TYQ-35 is the planning shelter.
This unit is
only part of the corps level SCC. It does not deploy with a division
level SCC.
The planning shelter contains two workstations used to
plan and control the movement of the MSE system, and to determine the
logistical and personnel status of the NCs.
A trailer-mounted 5 kw
diesel generator PU-751/M provides 115 VAC, 50-60 HZ electrical
power.

(2) The OL-415/TYQ-35 is the technical shelter, and consists of
the S-250 and the M-1037. It includes the processing suite and the
network communications interface equipment.
It provides all
processor functions for the SCC.
This unit deploys with both corps
and division level SCCs. A 10 kw generator set PU-753/M provides 115
VAC, 50-60 Hz electrical power.
