support the military intelligence battalion in a division. You will
also learn about radio and wire network diagrams.

INTRODUCTION
As the signal officer in the military intelligence (MI) battalion of
a division, you must plan, coordinate, manage, and direct all aspects
of the unit's communications system.
This lesson will identify and
illustrate the radio and wire networks using both the Army Tactical
Communications System (ATACS) and Mobile Subscriber Equipment (MSE).
