14. INTERCOM RETURN POWER CIRCUIT.
a. Situation 6. When performing EPC step 5b (slowly, turn AM-1780 MAIN
PWR switch to NORM), the RT dial lamp lights, but the AM-1780 does not
light.
This identifies the intercom return power circuit as bad.
This
symptom is caused by an open circuit. Trace the return power circuit and
identify the possible bad items (Figure 49).
