LESSON OBJECTIVES
When you have completed this lesson, you should:

Know that weighting results in change of level at various frequencies
in the voice range.
2.
Be able to distinguish between block diagrams for test of idle circuit
noise and impulse noise.

Be able to calculate the signal-to-noise ratio from meter indications.
4.
Be able to select test instruments for use in tests of white noise,
