Now you are ready for the extention ladder. You must install angle screw with knob. This will be a tie
down point for the drop wire when you have it installed. On the knob, on the upper ring place a Drop
wire clamp. Now the wire can be brought straight up from the split knob and secured. Pass the drop
wire behind, over and down the front. One inch down use a Drop wire clip to fasten the wire so that it
does not slip. Another drip loop is required. Again 5" is the standard. Open the Drop wire clamp and
place the drop wire inside and secure it with the Drop wire clamp. Again, let me remind you to keep the
work neat and your installation should look like Figures 40 and 41.
