d. Test procedure 8. If 22-30 volts DC is measured at J24, disconnect
the CX-4723 from the AM-1780 J501. Measure the voltage at P501 pins A and B
on the cable 22-30 volts DC, test point 1 (TP1).
If there is 22-30 volts DC, the AM-1780 is bad.
Send to IDS for
repair.
If no voltage is shown on the meter, the AM-1780 is not bad and
more checks are needed (Figure 29).
