Disconnect the J-3513 P1 cable from J22 on the
MT-1029.
If the meter display shows infinite ohms, the J-3513 is bad.
Turn in to the COMSEC custodian for repair.
If the meter shows zero ohms, the J-3513 is not bad.
The CX-13089 or the MT-1029 is bad (Figure 25).
