Disconnect and remove the RT from the MT-1029.
Disassemble the MT-1029 and disconnect the CX-4723 from J7 on the
J-3513.
If the meter display shows infinite ohms, the CX-4723 is bad and
will be replaced or repaired.
If the meter shows zero ohms, the CX-4723 is not bad.
