Disconnect the CX-13089 from J21 on the MT-1029.
If the meter shows zero ohms, the CX-13089 cable is bad and will
be replaced or repaired.
If the meter shows infinite ohms, the MT-1029 is bad (Figure 26).
Check the MT-1029 and repair it, if possible, if not possible to
repair

to
IDS
for
repair.
