Lift the camera back off the
camera (fig 1-15), both sides at the
same time, insuring not to touch the
focal plane shutter now visible in
the center of the camera.
Touching
the shutter could damage it.

out
the
rewind
crank
(figure 1-16).
This will pull out
the shaft inside the camera to make
room for the film cassette.
