CONDITIONS:
Given a preinstalled defective substation/line, linemans pliers, terminal wrench,
diagonal pliers, long nosed pliers, telephone test set, small and large flat tip
screwdriver, electrical or friction tape, safety hat, TE-21 kit, DA Form 4174
(telephone trouble report), FM 11-372-8.
STANDARD:
Correctly troubleshoot a telephone substation/line by locating and recording faults
found on DA Form 4174 within 45 minutes.
