(a) Verify that the installation kit has been properly mounted in
the vehicle as outlined in the installation instructions paragraph in TM 11-
2300-476-14&P. Mount the installation kit, if necessary.
(b) Attach
the
amplifier-coupler
and
receiver-exciter
units
together using latches (see Figure 12).

(c) Place the latched receiver-exciter and amplifier-coupler (A)
on top of the amplifier-power supply (B) (see Figure 13).
(d) Slide the latched receiver-exciter and amplifier-coupler (A)
toward the rear of the amplifier-power supply (B).
Verify that the
receiver-exciter and amplifier-coupler (A) fully engage the retaining cleats
on the rear of the amplifier-power supply (B).
If necessary, push the
receiver-exciter and amplifier-coupler back until they fully engage the
retaining cleats.
(e) Tighten the two fasteners (C) over the hooks located on the
front of receiver-exciter and amplifier-coupler (A) until the receiver-
exciter and amplifier-coupler (A) are securely attached to the top of the
amplifier-power supply (B).
(f) Slide the amplifier-power supply (B), with the latched
receiver-exciter and amplifier-coupler on top, onto the mounting base (D).
The rear of the amplifier-power supply will be toward the rear of the
