To check the short within the CX-13061/U, CX-13064/U, J-3513/U,
or KY-57; connect the meter to the CX-13064/U P3 (pin C or pin A)
to pin F.
Disconnect the CX-13061/U from the KY-57 RAD jack.
If the meter changes to infinity, the KY-57 is bad.
Send to
COMSEC maintenance for repair.
If the meter indicates less than ten ohms, remove the RT from the
MT-1029 and disconnect the CX-13061/U from the J-3513/U J3.
If the meter indicates infinity, the CX-13061/U is bad.
Send to
COMSEC maintenance for repair.
If less than ten ohms is indicated, remove the CX-13064/U from
the J-3513/U J6.
If the meter indicates infinity, the J-3513/U is bad.
Send to
COMSEC maintenance for repair.
If the meter indicates zero ohms, the CX-13064/U is bad.
Send to
COMSEC maintenance for repairs.
