Determine whether the RT is good.
Remove the CX-13064/U from the RT RETRANS jack and X-MODE jack
(Figure 88).
Replace the X-MODE cap on the X-MODE jack.
Move the handset to an RT audio connector.
Key the handset and speak into the microphone (TP1).
If no sidetone is heard, the RT is bad.
If sidetone is heard, the RT is good and tests at TP2 of Figure
89 are performed.
