The RT does not
key
with
the
CX-13061/U
disconnected from the KY-57 (Test procedure 53).
Check the MT-1029 remote keying circuit (Figure 85).
Remove the RT from the MT-1029.
Disassemble the MT-1029 and remove the J-3513/U P1 from J22.
Measure continuity on the MT-1029 J24 pin H to J22 pin S.
If infinity is measured, the MT-1029 mount is bad.
If zero ohms is measured, the MT-1029 is good and the J-3513/U is
bad.

Reconnect the CX-13061/U to the KY-57 RAD jack.
Remove the CX-13062/U from the KY-57 AUDIO jack.
