Test the KY-57 for an open or short at TP2 of
Figure 89.
Remove the CX-13061/U from the KY-57 RAD jack.
Measure continuity on the KY-57 RAD jack pin D to pin E.
If infinity is measured, the KY-57 is bad (open).
If zero ohms is measured, measure pin D or pin E to collar,
ground.
If zero ohms is measured, the KY-57 is bad (shorted).
If infinity is measured the KY-57 is good and tests at TP3 of
Figure 90 are performed.
