SUMMARY:
You have now completed Lesson 2. The main points of this lesson are cable connections,
controls and indicators, and tuning procedures.
Cable connections dealt with the proper method and procedures which you should use while
connecting the components of the AN/GRC-103. The next section of the lesson covered the
location and function of each control and indicator on the front panel of the radio set. The last
section provided a step by step procedure for tuning the transmitter and receiver. The tuning
procedure also provided a normal indication for each tuning step.
The information that you have gained from this lesson will prove useful when you are required to
connect and tune the AN/GRC-103. Therefore you should retain as much of the lesson material
as possible for future use.
