b. Mission.
The Assistant Chief of Staff for Communications-
Electronics is principal general staff officer in Headquarters,
Department of the Army, in the field of Army telecommunications. He
is responsible for supervision and overall coordination of all Army
telecommunications programs.
This includes spectrum management as
well as staff supervision and management of the Army Electromagnetics
Compatibility Program.
The Communications-Electronics Resources
Management Directorate, Assistant Chief of Staff for Communications-
Electronics, is most directly concerned with spectrum management and
