(1) The FAN/LAMP TEST push button S1 is pressed to test
indicator lamps on the front panel of the power amplifier and the
fans in the power amplifier, and coupler (system must be turned on at
RT).
(2) The toggle switch S2, (not shown) that is between S1 and
the meter controls RF output. You can select 100 w or 400 w output.
(3) The ANT COUPLER CB1 is the circuit breaker for +26.5 V DC
(nominal) power distributed in the power amplifier to the coupler.
Press to reset.
(4) The PA CB 2 s the circuit breaker for +26.5 V DC (nominal)
power distributed in the power amplifier and fans in the coupler.
Press to reset.
(5) Meter M1 displays power output of the power amplifier (can
be internally switched to meter test voltages within the power
amplifier).
(6) Fault lamps (red):
FIL DS4 (yellow), when illuminated, indicates faulty
filament of an amplifier tube.
PA DS5, when illuminated, indicates power amplifier
fault.
CPLR DS6, when illuminated, indicates coupler fault.
(7) TUN lamp (yellow) DS3:
PA warming up - ON.
PA warmed up, in TUNE mode - ON.
System tuning - ON.
System tuned (ready to RX-TX) - OFF.
During transmission(PTT pressed) - OFF.
(8) RDY lamp (green) DS1:
PA warming up - OFF.
PA warmed up, in TUNE mode - ON.
System tuning - ON.
System tuned (ready to RX-TX) - ON.
During transmission (PTT pressed) - ON.
